Not a polished version of it. Not a version calibrated to make everyone comfortable. The one rooted in your actual values, that says what it means, makes clear recommendations, and holds its position under pushback.

You'll know how to read formal and informal power structures, build sponsors not just mentors, manage the double bind, and move strategically across an uneven field — without losing yourself in the process.

WEEK 1: Friday, May 22nd, 12:00 PM ET to 1:30 PM (ET)

Why You're Here

We name the three layers of the plateau: the external bias you've been navigating, the behavioral patterns you've developed in response, and the internal beliefs that make those patterns feel not just normal — but necessary. Nothing is wrong with you. There is, however, something running you. This week, you find out what it is.

WEEK 2: Friday, May 29th, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (ET)

What's Holding You Back

Under pressure, capable women retreat into predictable patterns — helplessness, control, or over-functioning. We map exactly how this works, where you go under stress, and what it costs you. Then we build the map out of it: the expansive counterpart to every contractive position.

WEEK 3: Friday, June 5th, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (ET)

Owning Your Voice

We name the specific language patterns through which accomplished women make themselves smaller than they are — then we go to the source. Your core values. The woman who knows what she stands for doesn't need to hedge, perform, or wait for permission. This session is the backbone of the course. Participants consistently say it changes everything.

WEEK 4: Friday, June 12th, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (ET)

Strategic Presence

Presence is not something you add on. It's what emerges when you stop suppressing. This week covers executive presence on your own terms — speaking in meetings, making visible recommendations, claiming your wins, and building the sponsor relationships that actually move careers forward.

WEEK 5: Friday, June 19th, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (ET)

Navigating the System Without Losing Yourself

This week honours the truth that the system is genuinely biased — and refuses to let that become a ceiling. We cover power mapping, the double bind, allies and adversaries, and the honest conversation about how women treat each other that most courses avoid entirely. You'll leave with strategies for moving across an uneven field with clarity, strength, and integrity intact.

WEEK 6: Friday, June 26th, 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM (ET)

Your Expansive Future

You'll leave with a 90-day plan built around strategic visibility, key relationships, and a practice for sustaining the expansive state under pressure. And you'll close with a declaration — five present-tense statements, spoken aloud and witnessed by the group. Not aspirations. Claims. The woman who completes Week 6 is not the same woman who showed up on Week 1.
