Expansive Leadership Training

for Women in Tech


A live, online cohort-based training program designed to create leaders who are connected, supportive, highly effective, and committed for the long-term.

The program includes formal leadership instruction with peer-to-peer support and a personalized interactive learning journey with the option to include expert 1:1 coaching.

Expansive Leadership training is an investment that will pay back again and again with company-wide results - even in demanding, fast-paced environments.

Women are still dramatically underrepresented in leadership.

According to the 2023 McKinsey & Company Women in the Workplace study, for every 100 men who are promoted from entry level to manager, only 87 women are promoted, and only 73 women of color are promoted.

Female representation in leadership continues to dwindle as we move up the corporate ladder. Only 36% of senior managers and directors are women. Only 33% of VPs are women. And by the time we reach the C-suite, men represent 72%, while women make up 28%.

This phenomenon is called the “broken rung”.

Women are every bit as committed and ambitious as men. And yet, their careers are stymied from the very beginning.

Until the broken rung is fixed, gender parity in senior leadership remains out of reach.

What to expect from this course:

This 6 to12-week program combines formal leadership instruction with peer-to-peer support and a personalized interactive learning journey that includes expert coaching.

Suitable for all who identify as women (ladies and theydies).

Judy is a pioneering leadership trainer and much sought-after leadership coach.

In past lives, Judy was a corporate vice-president, a start-up CEO and a strategy consultant.

In her current life, she is the author of the book, The Unstuck Leader, and founder of both The Expansive Woman Project and the Center for Expansive Leadership.

Her mission is to change the world, one Expansive Leader at a time.

It's highly interactive.
Throughout the program, participants will interact directly with course instructor, Judy Sims, as well as the other women in the cohort. They will share their thoughts and feelings, ask questions, and offer their experience as support to others.

As an executive coach, Judy Sims works 1:1 with leaders everyday, giving her intimate, first-hand knowledge of the challenges they face.
